Tasting dinners are our ambition, passion, and pride. Since the day Noel was made, we wanted to be the ones who endeavored into gastronomical adventures and exploration of the new. In the concept of tasting dinners, we invested the skills and knowledge of the whole team where we connected the kitchen, bar, and personnel into one whole.
Through the years, we had a chance to welcome rare wine houses, prestige champagne labels, pairing dishes with a cocktail, but also engaged in experiments such as the perfume dinner.
In tasting dinners, we combined classic and molecular ingredients and gave our best to present it in the best possible way.
