Young and talented chef who forged his experience and skills via internships in international kitchens, among which the most famous one is of Alain Ducasse. He brings playful and creative spirit which he presents on the plate. He is dealing the most with reinterpretations of classical dishes and twists them on modern way by using local and seasonal ingredients done with unusual techniques. He likes to study traditional recipes and turn them into modern flavours.
